How much do you charge for shipping?
We do our best to keep shipping & handling fees down. We use USPS first class and priority because it’s fast and cheap. Shipping cost is flat at $3.99 for one shirt and $4.99 for two or more shirts. It normally takes between 3-6 business days depending on location.
International orders are also shipped using USPS. Different countries operate with different speed and then there is customs, but in most cases your package should arrive in less than 8 business days.
What size should I buy?
Bernos uses American Apparel shirts and their sizes tend to run a little small since they are fitted. All off our t-shirts are unisex and come in 6 different sizes. Be sure to know the perfect fit is available for everyone.

Why do you print on American Apparel T-shirts?
American Apparel is a company based in downtown Los Angeles where all of their shirts are made in a sweatshop free environment. The t-shirts are made from 100% combed cotton and are the softest, most comfortable in the world. Therefore, you can feel as good about the product as it feels on you. If we wouldn’t wear it, we wouldn’t sell it.
What form of payment method do you use?
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. If you don’t have access to a credit card, we possibly might be able to work something out with you so just email us.
How secure is Bernos online store?
We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer. In other words rest assured that you’re information is safely guarded. We just receive your payment and order.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our online store.

Are your shirts carried in any stores?
No. Currently Bernos shirts are only available online.
Do you have an exchange/return policy?
At Bernos we guarantee the quality of our product. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with our shirts for whatever reason we will be happy to return/exchange/credit your purchase. All returns must be returned within 30 days of placing your order and must be in the original condition that you received them – new, unworn and unwashed.
Please email us and obtain a return authorization prior to returning any t-shirt(s). When t-shirt(s) are returned for refund or credit we will issue a refund/credit (less the costs of shipping) on receipt of unused shirts.
