There is talk and there is talk, but what is talk with no action. You know, walking it the way you talk it.
I was under the impression that walking is easy. But it’s not, it’s hard. I want to practice what I preach, I want to compromise, I want to do whatever it takes to make it work.
I had wondered why Peter Tosh said “I am not a politician…I only suffer the consequences”
That’s half the story, the other half is a variable out of my control, for now I will do what I can to sustain, persist, maintain, prolong with half of the variable that happens to be within my reach.
Project Roots is about us, our roots, it is our origin.
something from which anything arises or is derived; source; fountainhead: to follow a stream to its origin.1
The beginning, the point from which our history starts; nah it’s actually more than that, it is all the capricious phenomenon that makes it possible to chronicle our existence.
As all things afrocentric, our concept is much too complex to layout on paper but we take on the challenge.
This is big even by bernos standards; we want to enhance the design process, develop our concept, and improve our presentation with this one; that is why its one!
The Bernos Project Roots Tee, will be launched by itself on wed Sep 26st 2007. You don’t have to do anything, just wait; well if you haven’t done so, subscribe to our email newsletter.

Whatever the sound might be for you – this blog steady beating with a mashinko twist!
If it will survice the year of Millennium celebrations is not important since it’s dedicated for the Millennium celebrations not for the coming 1000 years.
Reg. spaming – Jekarta! I thougth it would be intresting info for your fancrowd.

I want one!
SORRY I DON’T GET IT.
What is it that you don’t get?
I applaud you FOR what YOU are doing. IT is easy FOR someone to stand on the sidelines and criticize instead of actually getting involved in the process and doing something. You have a nice array of topics FROM light-hearted TO social consciousness to controversial.

Hello my fellow Bernosians, been a while… Just wanted to wish you all a splendid Ethiopian New Year… may the Molanium be a year hulum Yemimolalishe/Yemimolalih… may it be a year where your cup overflows with whatever it is your heart desires. May it be a year where peace, harmony and prosperity find there ways to one another and stand in unison against war, discord and poverty. Some don’t get what the hoopla is behind New year resolution or even the celebration in general, they may say, hey in reality it is just another day… well I hope it is another day marked with enthusiasm, hope and dedication to make this one ordinary day a beginning of many extraordinary days that amounts to a fantabulous year that stands in proof of our hard work and resilience to hardships. Cheers.
I tried to link up one of my fav Millinum greeting card from ethioview.com (the skinny goat on diet) but I keep messin up so I just linked up the website… enjoy.

talk the talk walk the walk is an english idiom

IM AWARE OF THE ENGLISH IDIOM. YOU DIDN’T USE IT PROPERLY, HENCE THE ENTIRE THING YOU WROTE MAKES NO LOGICAL SENSE. BUT DO WHAT YOU DO.
benatish don’t be fara … its intentionally ambiguous…idioms is a saying that comes from repetition… it doesn’t have to make grammatical sense… that is how it starts…
good example is poetry… some is literal and other are not… but if you have a good grasp of sayings idioms, words, slangs and etc in the english language … i don’t think you would have had trouble with
“the words that are coming at of my mouth”
sept 26, there is a tshirt that is going to come out, let me know if and when you understand that!!
Edumacate enaregishalene…
Edumacate= educate
I love the concept! Great job once again my bernos family!! I am definitely getting one. Keep up the great work!
LOL Edumacated yehone yegedelgn. Hahaha sorry couldn’t pass that up. The problem with Idiom is you mistype the last letter and it takes on a whole new meaning. lol I’ve been giggling the whole day. Sorry no offense to you Wezeta so please don’t read into this I’m just being silly
Btw what happened to my previous comment? Poof it’s gone
I am eagerly waiting to wear this tee. Sept 26th is too far off. Didn’t you guys get them yet? Why wait why, why, why????. I wore my Afrocode tee over the weekend and I loved it. Someone asked me “is that Africa?” and I said “no way that’s Europe, I’m Africa” hahahaha she looked puzzled like she was questioning my answer Houston we got a live one 10-4 over That was the funniest most unedumacated question I have ever heard from a non Abesha. Of course I explained it was indeed Africa but I don’t think she got it. hahahaha man truly…..it takes every kind of people to make this world go around.
In all honesty though couldn’t we get a tee that just says “Bernos.org” or “property of Bernos.org” or something like that. I want one that just says Bernos.org godnabit!
do you think you’ll ever print those?
3 more days homies!
